I grew up in Hong Kong and made Montreal my home.

When I first came to Quebec, I had to learn a completely different real estate system myself — how properties are valued, how offers work, what to look for in an older home, why condo documents matter, and all the details that aren't obvious when you first start looking.

That experience still shapes the way I work today.

I don't want my clients to simply follow instructions. I want them to understand what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what their options are.

How I Work

Real estate isn't one-size-fits-all.

For a buyer, that might mean looking beyond a beautiful renovation, asking more questions about the building, recommending additional due diligence, or knowing when an offer needs to be aggressive — and when it doesn't.

For a seller, it might mean staging and preparing the entire property. Or it might mean telling them not to spend thousands of dollars renovating before selling because there is a better way to position the property.

I like to understand the situation first, then build the strategy around it.

I work in both residential and commercial real estate across Montreal and the surrounding areas, alongside an experienced team at Guiker.

What I value most, however, is the experience that comes from being inside transactions every day — negotiating offers, reading documents, working through inspection issues, preparing properties for sale and solving the unexpected problems that inevitably come up along the way.

My background gives me a perspective that sits naturally between two places.

I understand Quebec as someone who lives and works here, while still understanding the questions — and sometimes the assumptions — that come with growing up in Hong Kong.

I work in English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin, and I particularly enjoy helping clients navigate a system or market that may initially feel unfamiliar.

But regardless of where my clients come from, my approach is the same:

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Understanding a property goes beyond what you see during a visit. To deepen my knowledge of building systems, property conditions and the inspection process, I completed InterNACHI’s Home Inspection Standards of Practice Course and examination.
